This is just an awesome video. Major props to Travis Kraft for having the guts to speak with his self-taught Tagalog (which is hell of a lot better than mine) and go through the entire cooking process. Damn, it makes me wants some "Adobong Man-nock" right now. Time to try the recipe!

The first time I watched this video, I laughed so hard. I thought it was a joke. But... he knows more Tagalog than I do. (I learned this after doing some extensive research on who he is.)
