Poreotix!
The audience goes wild as the confetti and glitter explode on stage and the announcement of Season 5's America's Best Dance Crew Winner is announced! The hard work, creativity, and of course, POpping, choREO, and roboTIX of Poreotix's unique talents truly paid off. The culmination of ABDC’s Season 5 was capped off with Randy Jackson, creator of ABDC, stepping on stage to present the ABDC Trophy to Poreotix, and the revealing of their Season 5 Winner's Banner.
Moments before the announcement, Blue Print Cru shared the stage with Poreotix in a final performance as this season's top 2 crews. Thanks to the Stepping Choreography of the amazing Chuck Maldonado, Poreotix and Blue Print Cru surprised the audience with a marching band, a drumline, and their proven multi-dimensionality by taking on the stepping style that neither crews specialize in. Soon after, the humble Blue Print Cru once again took the stage side by side with Poreotix milliseconds before Mario Lopez named America's Best Dance Crew.
The Season Finale also involved the "Regional Performances," where each region, East, South and West teamed up for one last time to grace the stage with their combined stage presence and versatile styles. The 9 crews really stepped up their game.
ABDC Season 5 Wrap Party
For the East, Blue Print Cru, Saltare, and Static Noyze meshed their styles of dramatics, jump roping and precision to create an unforgettable performance. The energy of the South could not be denied as Jungle Boogie, Swagger Crew, and Royal Flush delivered a memorable performance involving crankin', high-powered flips, and shirt-less moments. (Re-watch the video for this reference. Smiley Face). Of course the well represented West, brought home Heavy Impact, Hype 5-0, and this season's winners, Poreotix. The stage presence of all 3 crews reminded all of America that the West truly was a force to be reckoned with, and will always serve as an inspiration for many.
So what's in store for Season 6 of ABDC?
Well, you'll have to tune in to find out! Some of the judges noted that the next Season will be bigger and better, and ABDC is on a search for crews who really have what it takes to be America's Best Dance Crew.

The season finale concluded with the Official "Orange Carpet" Wrap Party presented by AT&T and Gatorade on the Warner Bros. Studios Lot. It was a star-studded event as Hollywood stars, fans, and of course, this Season's Crews met with the media to share their last words and thanks.
