BTVFAM’s Mission Statement:
Our mission is to educate, inspire and help younger generations realize their full potential, so to not only make a difference for their generation but so they too can make a difference for future generations.
We will accomplish this by using music, new media & social networking to organize, assist & promote charitable events that provide avenues to cultivate music & the arts.
BTVFAM’s Featured Acoustic Playlist 2.0, better known as FAP, did its Mission Statement total justice. They not only inspired all the fans that attended FAP this year by gathering some of the top young and talented YouTube Artist to date, but also donated all proceeds from the event to the “Children's Hunger Fund.”
The sea of young fans roaming the Market Creek Plaza Amphitheater in San Diego California had “excitement” written all over their faces. They eagerly searched around for their favorite YouTube Artists who were casually walking around the theater signing autographs; which made the event more intimate and that much more special for the fans.
The casual and relaxed feel of the event made it easy to not only watch the show, but also to go around and see what all the vendors had to offer. Clothing vendors “Rad is Rad” and “Steppie Clothing” was most definitely a favorite that day.
The show had a great line up of Artists hailing from all over the United States; including Joseph Vincent, Manny Garcia, and Jeremy “Passion” Manongdo just to name a few. The show was a non-stop plethora of amazing voices and musicians who entertained the audience from the early afternoon until 10pm that evening. With the lovely ladies from Blyss, Jenny Suk, Kat Badar, and Cathy Nguyen closing out the show, it truly ended the event on a literal and figurative high note. Pleased young fans left the venue inspired by the music - some even strumming their guitars and ukuleles while singing all the way to their cars.
