Popped Collars?

The "popped collar" was an idea that originated in the late-1920's. It was used to prevent the sun's rays from burning one's neck. Pulled out of context,  the "popped collar" was brought into pop culture in the 1980's and made its exit in the mid-1990's. Some how, this style made it's move back into the scene and is widely used, although many say it is dying. Here's my VLog on my experiences with this particular style. Where do you stand? Should the "popped collar" stay or go?
