SoCal Continues to Help Sendong Victims

Three different Benefit Shows for Sendong Victims in SoCal this coming weekend.

It has already been a month since Bagyong Sendong (international name Tropical Storm Washi) caused catastrophic damage to the southern Philippines. With the brunt of the damage in the Northern Mindanao cities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan, the most destructive Tropical Cyclone  to hit the country in 2011 and resulted in over 1,250 confirmed and identified casualties and more than 3 million affected victims.

While in the eyes of many this might seem like old news, it is important to note that the survivors of this disaster continue to be in dire need of help from the global community to get back on their feet. Fortunately, Pilipinos, Pil-Ams, and friends are continuing to answer the call for help and are hosting ongoing Benefits and Fundraisers to help our unfortunate brothers and sisters who lost everything in the devastation wrought by Sendong.

As a matter of fact, in Southern California alone, there are three different Benefit Shows this coming weekend:
