Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is observed on the third Monday of January each year, around the time of Dr. King’s birthday on January 15, 1929. One of the most famed orators in American history, the Civil Rights leader coined a multitude of iconic quotes over the course of his prolific career.

"I Have a Dream" will always be the first thing in most people's minds when talking about Dr. King, but his “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere” quote is also another timeless one that resonates anytime injustice rears its ugly head.
