On Tuesday, September 18th, the Mariposa Center for Change and AF3IRM will be holding a special fundraising dinner for Grace Grande, a mother of two boys and currently a caregiver with who is fighting for Asylum in the United States. If she is denied asylum, she faces the retribution from a corrupt government official who has already threatened her life and the lives of her children. She has been fighting for asylum since 2007 and it's been an uphill battle to say the least.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will be to help Grace with her legal costs.
