Dinner and a show? The phrase has been used pretty lightly over the past years, especially the ‘show’ part. But I checked out a place called Jeepney Asian Grill in Cerritos,CA, and the entertainment doesn’t disappoint. Every week, the Pilipino restaurant features singers and other artists, while also providing guests with a delicious variety of authentic Pilipino food. I’ve been here a couple times since my friend is one of the performers and both the food and the singers are legit. You get to enjoy amazing braised adobo, the traditional Pilipino dish, while being serenaded by the smooth, sultry voices of Pilipino singers Deland Grace and my friend, Kirsten Ascio. So that’s it. Good food. Good people. Good times.
Disclaimer: Turns out my blog turned into a review. My bad. NBL, guys. Nothin but love.
