Passport To The World: The Philippines

Passport to the World is a series of celebrations at Chicago Children's Museum. The Museum staff work in collaboration with community representatives in order to develop and present programming that authentically represents the art, culture and traditions of a particular country. What are the goals of the program? * To build and maintain relationships between Chicago Children's Museum and ethnically diverse neighborhoods, their families and their institutions * To provide opportunities for Museum visitors to learn more about the arts and culture of Chicago's diverse neighborhoods * To reach large numbers of children and families traditionally undeserved by cultural institutions * To enhance Chicago Children's Museum's presence and name recognition in Chicago communities
