For a show that continually calls for its dance crews to embrace and showcase their originality and creativity, this week's Lady Gaga Challenge on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew pushed each crew and its members to do just that and more.

In what is turning out to be another emotional season of MTV's America's Best Dance Crew, we had the opportunity to ask the dance crews to dig deep and reflect on some of the lessons learned these past couple of weeks.  Here are their thoughts--

MTV's America's Best Dance Crew West Coast Regionals this week introduced us to an exciting assembly of dancers who were more than ready to showcase their unique styles and talents.  ABDC's first group representing the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado, Break EFX, boasts of their Co-Ed breaking team.  For the first time ever, the Hawaiian Islands lend us the crew of Hype 5-0 who want to prove themselves against their mainland counterparts.  The state of California offers 3 groups this time around.  West Covina's The Blended Projekt, strive hard to fuse the two different worlds of hip hop and clogging.  The neighboring city of Los Angeles gives us a special group of guys in Heavy Impact.  Last, and certainly not the least, Poreotix from Westminster, a robotics crew we have had the privilege of meeting a few months back, emphasize the need for theatrical comedy. 

The year 2009 was an eventful year at BakitWhy.com as well as our global Pilipino community.
