It's almost here! As one of the largest Pilipino festivals in the country, Southern California's annual Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC) by FilAm Arts celebrates 20 years of providing fun and educational times to thousands upon thousands of Pilipinos (and friends) over the years.
